cookies567 Seriously I've never heard an album that fills me with so much emotion in my life, It's an absolutely BEAUTIFUL! album. Every single track is fantastic, the orchestral instruments, the heavier instruments, the clean vocals, the heavier vocals. Everything works so so well together and really portrays such an amazing sense of sadness and happiness at the same time in all the right ways. This album truly moves me in ways I haven't been before. It makes me so relaxed and so sentimental I could cry. Favorite track: Hour of Trial.

Drifting, onto a still sea of silver Moved only by one desire Willing to look up and reach higher, Taking a black sky as our protector [Let’s go!] Waves crash under the moonlight Inside me, a fire burns so bright [it burns so bright] Yet it leaves my throat so tight and forsaken in the night [forsaken in the night] Thunderstorms in the distance Threatening my very existence But I shall put up resistance Far beyond reminiscence An ascending lark Guides me in the dark To the colors of yore That await on the shore Hour! Of! Trial! We shall not wail Hour! Of! Triumph! We rise again Hour! Of! Denial! Nothing’s final Hour! Of! Trial! But fate’s reprisal Hour of trial we shall not wail Hour of triumph we rise again Our hope to see the light never dies It never dies. We strive To see the light once more in our night Our hope to see the light never dies

Time is running out And we must say goodbye As I look in your eyes I see my other lives Father! Why must you leave us now? In the coldness of this midnight sun Fire! Please shine on your bright light And protect us from this night The rivers of fate flow so fast! How long will my trial last? I don’t know! Time has now run out And we have said goodbye On my bleaker path for tomorrow I make out the shore, it’s so narrow The rivers of fate flow so fast But I turn backwards, and yearn for the past Struck with fear, a face aghast I still hope for solace, at last] Darkness and frost now feel so cold As I seek the sun, and its radiant gold Oh time, how I wish that you could fold To let me chase once more… the shadows of old

The nighttime of my lifetime is upon me No stars in the night sky to guide me Darkness, silence, such familiar friends Solitude, sorrow, my only ends With ashes of dead empires behind With memories of a bright past fading in my mind I long for those quiet times of frivolity and I prepare myself to fight for my sanity Oh glorious starlight… Can you see our plight… Once a kingdom so lush and green Now a barren and desolate land I look around in search of a sign And wonder if I am part of a grand design Rivers of fate flow once again I wonder how you can feel my pain The hour of trial is not all in vein This sorrow cannot be my bane Light and darkness I have seen it all And I will live to tell the tale Once a kingdom so lush and green Now a barren and desolate land I look around in search of a sign And wonder if I am part of a grand design Oh glorious starlight! Can you see our plight! Rivers of fate flow once again I wonder if you can feel my pain The hour of trial is not all in vein This sorrow cannot be my bane

I’ve sailed onto an ocean of sorrow To see you one last time before you go Destroyed my visions for tomorrow To now see my world become so hollow Dim light in the night I must follow… Time will find the end of the night I know I soon shall see your light Again… Shadows and ice embracing the tree Sadness and wrath now consuming me Crimson red leaves are all I can see But I know somehow you must be free We walk in a tunnel of darkness Far beyond the dead sun’s last caress Time will find the end of the night I know I soon shall see your light Again…someday... Oh now I don’t know what you would say Oh now you seem long faded away Our nostalgia leading us astray To fall in the traps of yesterday (will lead us astray) We walk in a tunnel of darkness Far beyond the dead sun’s last caress
